What format do the files come in?

Spreadsheets come as Excel (.xlsx) files that also open in Google Sheets and LibreOffice. Guides come as PDF, and some include Word or Markdown versions so you can edit them. Each product page lists its formats.

How do I get the files after I buy?

Checkout is handled by a secure hosted payment page. After payment you get an instant download link and an email receipt with the same link.

Can I use a template in Google Sheets?

Yes. Upload the .xlsx file to Google Drive and open it with Google Sheets, or use the copy link instruction included with each spreadsheet product.

How many councils can use one purchase?

One purchase covers one council, assembly, or auxiliary. If you want to share a template with every council in your state or district, a state license covers that with a single invoice. Ask on the Contact page.

Are these official Knights of Columbus forms?

No. Hall & Ledger is an independent publisher and is not affiliated with or endorsed by the Knights of Columbus. Our templates are written from scratch to go beyond what the free official resources offer, and they never replace any form your organization requires you to file.

Do the templates contain any member data?

Never. Every example uses obviously fake sample data. You add your own information on your own computer, and we never see it.

Were these made with AI?

Hall & Ledger products are designed and built with the help of AI tools and reviewed by a person before release.

What if something does not work?

Write to us through the Contact page with the product name and what you saw. We fix real bugs and send you the updated file.

Can I get a refund?

Digital files cannot be returned, so we ask that you read the product page carefully first. If a product is genuinely broken and we cannot fix it, we will refund you.
