About

Built for the officer who just said yes

Hall & Ledger makes practical templates for the people who keep councils, assemblies, and parish groups running: the treasurer with a shoebox of receipts, the new Grand Knight facing a July turnover, the member who somehow became the newsletter editor.

What we believe

  • A volunteer officer's time is the scarcest thing a council has. Every product has to give some of it back.
  • Official resources are the starting point. Our templates go further than what you can get for free, or we do not sell them.
  • Member information stays private. None of our templates ask for anything you would not put on a public notice board, and every sample is obviously fake.
  • Plain language. If a new officer cannot follow it the same evening, it is not finished.

How products are made

Hall & Ledger products are designed and built with the help of AI tools and reviewed by a person before release. Every spreadsheet is recalculated and checked for formula errors before it is listed, and every guide is read by a person before release.

Independence

Hall & Ledger is an independent publisher and is not affiliated with or endorsed by the Knights of Columbus.

We do not use the Knights of Columbus emblem or any official artwork, and we do not copy official forms. Our products are written from scratch to help officers do their work. Read the full disclaimer.

Who else we serve

The first products are written for Knights of Columbus councils, Fourth Degree assemblies, and Columbiettes. Versions for Elks, Lions, parish councils, and similar groups are planned. If you lead one of those groups and want to be told when they arrive, say hello.
